Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Chennai to Rameswaram
Morning pickup from Chennai City and proceed to Rameswaram. The travel duration is approximately 10 to 11 hours.
En route visit Devipattinam Navagraha Temple, Pamban Bridge and Pamban Rail Scissors Bridge.
After reaching Rameswaram check-in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay at Rameswaram.
Day 2 – Rameswaram Local Sightseeing
Early morning take a holy bath at Agni Theertham (Sea Bath). After sea bath collect darshan tickets and perform the sacred 22 Holy Well Bath inside the temple premises.
Proceed for Ramanathaswamy Temple Darshan.
After breakfast begin local sightseeing in Rameswaram.
Places Covered: Kothandaramar Temple, Dhanushkodi, Ramar Patham, Ramar Temple & Ramar Theertham, Lakshmana Temple & Lakshmana Theertham, Seetha Theertham, Floating Stone, Krishna Temple, Five Face Hanuman Temple, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial and Kalam House.
Overnight stay at Rameswaram.
Day 3 – Rameswaram – Ramanathapuram – Madurai – Chennai
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Ramanathapuram.
Visit important temples such as Uthirakosamangai Shiva Temple, Varahi Amman Temple and Thirupullani Temple.
Later proceed to Madurai (approx. 2 hours drive) and visit the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple for darshan.
After sightseeing begin the overnight return journey to Chennai. Morning drop at Chennai city limits marking the end of the tour.
